Register for this event using your AFSA login.
Attend the training in its entirety.
Upon arrival, sign your name on the sign-in sheet.
Before you leave the classroom, scan the QR code at the conclusion of the training to complete the evaluation form. Do not overlook this important step.
How to Find Your CEUs


Your AFSA profile stores the CEUs you earn from AFSA seminars, courses, schools, webinars, etc. Make sure you have your own AFSA profile & login credentials.
Hint: Your username is typically your company email.


To access your CEUs once logged in, go to My Account > View & Print CEUs

If you need to display a license, certification, or other ID number on your CEU certificates or transcripts, you may add these to your AFSA profile. My Account > Personal Information > Edit Profile Information > Enter your info > Click Submit Changes. << Don't overlook this last step!

If you do not have an AFSA profile or are unsure and wish to search for an existing profile, go to AFSA's website, click Create Account in upper right corner & follow instructions.

MEET THE SPEAKER

Josh McDonald, PE, MSET, CFPS, CWBSP, WBITM
Director of Operations and Training- AFSA
In this role, he leads the development of technical education, hands-on training programs, and
instructional content designed to advance the skills of fire protection and life safety professionals. With a background spanning fire protection manufacturing, risk engineering, inspection, testing, and maintenance. Josh
actively contributes to the evolution of fire protection standards. He serves on multiple NFPA technical committees and UL standards panels, helping shape
industry codes, product requirements, and best practices.
Josh is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and holds NICET Level III certification in Water-Based Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance, as well as multiple NFPA fire protection certifications. He earned his B.S. in
Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology and his M.S. in Fire Safety and Explosion Protection from Oklahoma State University. Josh is the author of Little Fire Sprink Sprink, a children’s book designed to foster early
awareness and appreciation of fire safety.
